Your knowledge, built in.Your consultants' notes become criteria, and every CV is re-scored.
Reports clients like.Evidence, in your branding. Never a score.
Nothing decided for you.It never rejects anyone and never sends anything on its own.

Is this for you?

It's for you if…

  • You're an agency in the UK, the UAE or the United States, with roughly 3–50 consultants.
  • You recruit in energy, engineering, tech, financial services or FMCG.
  • Your roles bring in more CVs than anyone has time to read properly.
  • Someone on the team will champion it.

It's probably not if…

  • You rarely see more than a handful of CVs per role.
  • You want software to make the decisions.
  • You need a full ATS replacement.

Not every agency will be a fit, and we'll tell you honestly if yours isn't. We'd rather say so now than after you've signed.

A note from Will

I spent 22 years recruiting for BP, Shell, Amazon, Google and Meta. The job was the same everywhere: a pile, a brief, a client waiting, and not enough hours to read every CV properly.

I built Hikari for that. The pilot isn't a sales process — it's 30 days of building it around how your desks actually work, with me and the team on the end of the phone.

If it isn't right for you, I'll tell you.

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is yours.

Apply. Three answers, about 30 seconds.
We read it ourselves and reply within 3 working days.
A 30-minute call if it's a fit.
You start, on your own live roles.

Questions

How much time will it take us?

Less than the pile does. Setting up a role takes a couple of minutes; after that it's drag, drop, read. We won't pretend to know your week better than you do.

What does it cost?

The 30 days are free. No card, no contract. If you carry on, it's an annual subscription, quoted on the call, based on seats.

What happens to candidate data?

It's stored in the EU, encrypted. It's assessed by OpenAI in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses, and never used to train their models. It's deleted automatically after 90 days.

Do we need IT involved?

No. It's a Chrome side panel that sits beside what you already use. Nothing to integrate, nothing to deploy, no procurement.

Does it work with our ATS?

It works alongside any of them from day one, in the browser. Connecting it directly to yours is part of what the pilot builds.

What happens after 30 days?

You decide. If you carry on, it's the annual subscription. If not, you walk away, and we'll have told you honestly what we thought.

What if we're not a fit?

We'll say so, and why. That's a better outcome than selling you something that doesn't suit your desks. There aren't 500 agencies using this. You'd be early, and we'd tell you so.

Apply

About four minutes.

We read every application ourselves and reply within 3 working days.

Three answers

That is the whole application. Everything else we can cover on the call.

We use your answers to decide whether the pilot is a fit and to shape what we build. We keep applications we act on for 24 months, and ones we decline for 6 months, after which they are deleted. We never ask for candidate or client data, so please don't include any. Privacy policy.

Not ready to apply? Book a 20-minute call and we'll run it on one of your live roles together. No slides.

You decide.
