Every skill
Run in ChatGPT and Claude.
- Pasted alone: it asks for what it needs. Invents nothing.
- With real inputs: it does the job, in full.
- Calculators: same answer as our free tools, to the penny.
Screening skills
The swap test.
- One change at a time: name, gender (Mr, Ms, Mx, pronouns), age (date of birth).
- Everything else identical, word for word.
- A noise baseline: the same CV, unchanged, three times. A swap has to beat that.
- Pass limits written first, before any run. Then the test.
What we publish
All of it.
- CVs, runs, models, date.
- Every swap's result.
- A failed skill gets fixed and retested. Only a pass gets the badge.
What a pass doesn't prove
- Those CVs, those models, that date. Not every model or every CV.
- A person still makes every hiring decision.
